I've registered but haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Depending on the e-mail provider that you're using, it can take a few minutes longer to receive the confirmation e-mail. You should verify the address you provided us when you registered (located in My Info) to make sure that it's accurate. Sometimes e-mail service providers blanket your account with a spam/junk mail filter, and they can make mistakes. Check your spam/junk mail folder for your confirmation message and be sure to add the e-mail address noreply@beezid.com to your address book and/or Safe List.

If you're still having trouble receiving the confirmation e-mail or you'd like to update the e-mail address you used when registering, please contact our Support Team and we'll take care of you.
