Depending on the email provider that you're using, it can take a few minutes longer to receive the confirmation email. You should verify the address you provided us when you registered to make sure that it's accurate. Occasionally, some email services have a filter. Check your Spam folder as you may have to add the address to your Safe List.

Although rare, some members may experience difficulties when clicking the link in the confirmation email to complete the registration process. When this happens, simply copy the entire link into the address bar of your browser and hit ENTER.
