Eligibility: The contest is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and Canada, excluding Quebec. The winner must be 18 years of age or older. The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: Employees of Beezid.com, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children).

To enter: Send us a testimonial about your winning Beezid experience, whether you have won one auction or many auctions. Send us a photo of yourself with your item(s) won on Beezid. Send your testimonial and photo to media@beezid.com to be entered into the contest.

Contest Period:The Contest begins on February 21, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and ends on February 28, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Selection of Winner: The contest winner will be chosen by the sponsor AT RANDOM.

Prize: The winner of the Beezid Olympic Fever Contest will receive a Nintendo Wii Sport Bundle containing a Wii Console, 5 great Sports Games, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games, Winter Sports II, and a Wii Zapper!

Notification: The winner will be notified by e-mail on or about March 3, 2010. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or we are unable to reach the winner to claim the prize after 2 attempts, the prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of sponsor and another winner may be selected by sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) misdirected or delayed mail or e-mail; (ii) telephone, telecommunications, hardware or third party software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond sponsor’s control that may cause the contest to be disrupted, corrupted or terminated; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the contest or foolish spending of the prize; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the systems required to conduct the contest or operate the sponsor web site, or who is otherwise in violation of these official Rules. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of the participants, shall be determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. All decisions of sponsor are final. Void where prohibited.
