Eligibility: The contest is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and Canada, excluding Quebec. The winner must be 18 years of age or older. The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: Employees of Beezid.com, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children).

Entry: To enter, write a positive blog post or comment about us! Look up Beezid on a search engine, find a blog talking about Beezid, and give us some positive feedback or commentary. Alternatively, if you have your own blog, talk about or mention Beezid. Be sure to have a link to Beezid in your comment or blog post, and make sure you send us a URL link to your post or comment to media@beezid.com.

Contest Period: The Contest begins on February 8, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and ends on February 14, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Selection of Winner: The contest winner will be chosen by the sponsor AT RANDOM.

Prize: The winner of the I LOVE BEEZID Valentine’s Contest will win a ‘his & hers’ gift package consisting of a $150 Victoria’s Secret gift card and a $150 Best Buy gift card.

Notification: The winner will be notified by e-mail on or about February 17, 2010. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or we are unable to reach the winner to claim the prize after 2 attempts, the prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of sponsor and another winner may be selected by sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) misdirected or delayed mail or e-mail; (ii) telephone, telecommunications, hardware or third party software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond sponsor’s control that may cause the contest to be disrupted, corrupted or terminated; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the contest or foolish spending of the prize; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of the participants, shall be determined by sponsor in its sole discretion.
