Eligibility: The contest is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and Canada, excluding Quebec. The winner must be 18 years of age or older. The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: Employees of Beezid.com, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children).

Entry: To enter, participate in one of four ways:

(3) Give us a shout-out by making a Beezid-related video at http://www.youtube.com/TheBeezid
(4) Write a positive blog post or comment about us! To make it easier, look up Beezid on the search engine of your choice, find a blog talking about Beezid, and give us some positive feedback. Just make sure you send us a URL link to your post or comment to media@beezid.com.

All posts MUST include a link to Beezid.com and be at least 100 characters long.

Contest Period: The Contest begins on January 21, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and ends on January 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Selection of Winner: The contest winner will be chosen by the sponsor AT RANDOM.

Prize: The prize winner will win a brand new 32GB iPod Touch by Apple. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Notification: The winner will be notified by e-mail on or about February 3, 2010. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or we are unable to reach the winner to claim the prize after 2 attempts, the prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of sponsor and another winner may be selected by sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) misdirected or delayed mail or e-mail; (ii) telephone, telecommunications, hardware or third party software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond sponsor’s control that may cause the contest to be disrupted, corrupted or terminated; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the contest or foolish spending of the prize; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the systems required to conduct the contest or operate the sponsor web site, or who is otherwise in violation of these official Rules. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of the participants, shall be determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. All decisions of sponsor are final. Void where prohibited.
